Because our products are fresh flowers and perishable bouquets, our return and refund policy is different from non-perishable goods. This policy applies to orders placed through our floristry studio in New York, NY, United States. Please read the following carefully.
Fresh Flowers
Bouquets and floral arrangements are perishable. We do not accept returns of flowers once they have been delivered or picked up in the New York area or elsewhere in the United States. We recommend choosing your arrangement carefully and confirming delivery details before we prepare your order.
Quality Issues
If you receive a bouquet that does not meet the quality we described or that arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with details and, if possible, a photo. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or partial or full refund depending on the situation.
Wrong or Late Delivery
If your order was delivered to the wrong address or significantly late due to our error, contact us and we will work to correct the delivery or offer a refund or replacement as appropriate.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before we have started preparing it. Once preparation has begun, we may not be able to cancel. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.
